Experienced in C/C++, Python, and Rust. I work close to hardware on embedded projects, writing microcontroller/FPGA firmware and doing board bring-up, but have also worked on higher-level software projects. I have extensive electronic engineering experience and am just as comfortable building and debugging boards as writing code to run on them. I am comfortable with Linux in server/container, desktop and embedded applications, and exclusively use Linux on my personal computers.I enjoy working on small software/hardware projects in my free time. I built a Voron Trident 3D printer at home in autumn 2023. I also sing in the Cambridge Philharmonic Choir.
