I receive custom cabinet/closet plans that our team of designers sell and ensure the structural soundness of those designs. My primary tool is Cabinet Vision, which I further use to derive cut lists and nest jobs for production on our CNC machine. Another major component of my programming role is to purchase materials from vendors nationwide to satisfy the specifications of every job.I also work in the production shop, fabricating custom laminate countertops. This requires me to read plans and manufacture tops accordingly while still meeting the installation deadline.

Conducted mental health and chemical health assessments for vulnerable adults in Dakota County as part of the Pre-Petition Screening team in the Department of Human Services.Developed and managed a caseload of vulnerable adults who pose a threat to themselves and/or others as a result of their mental and chemical health symptoms.

Served as a member of the Homeless Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team.Used an eclectic, person-centered approach with adults experiencing homelessness in Hennepin County to build rapport and supply a solid, consistent presence in the participant’s life. Services included case management, housing, therapy, transportation, group sessions (e.g. Illness Management and Recovery, Hearing Voices, and Mental Illness/Chemical Dependency), and crisis intervention.

Located permanent housing for 20 vulnerable adults, all of whom have experienced homelessness and are living with chronic mental illnesses.Created and delivered a 90-minute presentation to more than 50 social service providers at the Minnesota Social Service Association's 123rd Annual Training, Conference, and Expo.
