I am a chartered member of the CISI, and hold investment advice diplomas in securities and derivatives. I have a strong expertise in margin analysis, investment portfolios, and complex client solutions, and I strive to deliver exceptional customer service and business development. I value integrity, collaboration, and innovation, and I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of private bankers, traders, and support staff.In my current role at Citi, I work closely with private bankers, selling client solutions, building relationships, and generating revenue for the bank. I am responsible for London, Jersey, Luxembourg and Swiss booked accounts, and I handle a wide range of banking, credit, and investment services. I also assist private bankers in understanding the client needs and providing consistent and high-quality advice and solutions. I have developed excellent working relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, such as trade support, confirmations, project managers, cash management, compliance, and legal, to achieve optimal solutions.
