The vast majority of my work history has involved direct contact with the public. I enjoy creating a pleasant and successful experience for a client. I am quite good at determining and then defusing a difficult customer encounter and thus resolving any negative issues. My writing experience has been utilized in many jobs as I have been asked by coworkers to compose correspondence to upper management or to customers. I believe in honesty and believe the customer appreciates that and integrity above other qualities. I possess both and have found great results from incorporating these characteristics in to my work. I am an excellent listener and very mindful of what a person may or may not be communicating. I find people open up to me quite quickly. I am sincere in my interests or concerns and let people know that. I will do everything in my power to create a pleasant experience for a client. That is what makes me feel successful.
