Member of the Executive team who was hired to address a major disconnect between IT and the internal business units, I implemented a strategy to consolidate and rebuild the internal infrastructure across 26 locations and drove cost savings of over $500k/year on a $1.5Mil budget through the use of smarter technology, vendor consolidation and greater efficiencies within the department.
