• Identifying prospective candidates through Personal Reference, Job portals, Database and social sites.

• Handling end to end recruitment process for all designations in pan India basis.
• Initiate a range of sourcing activities through various channels (i) job portals (ii) networking and conducting referrals (iii) Mapping of target companies and headhunting to ensure a regular supply of candidates to.
• Develop and manage the recruitment process for clients through sourcing; screening and short-list candidates; briefing and preparing candidates with relevant information on the client; co-ordinate interview logistics.
• Ensuring potential candidates are constantly nurtured also keeping track on their career aspirations thereby ensuring they are placed at the right place when a business opportunity arises.
• Checking the references of candidates simultaneously.
• Ensure the selected candidates are provided with the offer letters on timely basis.
