Job responsibilities: (Perm Recruitment) • Handling end to end recruitment process such as candidate sourcing, screening, qualifying skills, interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews, follow-ups and closure.• Conducting preliminary HR interviews to understand more about the candidates and to evaluate the credential against the job specification. • Working on different & Niche requirements ranging on different Technologies for various levels. • Worked on verticals like Sales and Non Sales, Research & Development, Finance & Accounts, Technical Positions etc.• Identifying prospective candidates through Personal Reference, Job portals, Database and social sites.• Analyzing and evaluating candidates for the requirements through telephonic and social networks. • Arranging telephonic and personal interviews for the short listed Candidates.• Following up on feedback from the Client and collecting the relevant documents from the shortlisted candidates on client’s behalf. • Negotiation of remuneration packages ensuring client needs are met in a timely manner.• Keep follow ups for smooth function• Clients Interaction.• Building rapport with Candidates. • Ensuring closure of the position.• Follow up with candidates till and after joining the organization.• Follow up with clients for candidate status.

• Handling end to end recruitment process for all designations in pan India basis.• Initiate a range of sourcing activities through various channels (i) job portals (ii) networking and conducting referrals (iii) Mapping of target companies and headhunting to ensure a regular supply of candidates to meet the existing &future demands of the client.• Develop and manage the recruitment process for clients through sourcing; screening and short-list candidates; briefing and preparing candidates with relevant information on the client; co-ordinate interview logistics; negotiation of remuneration packages ensuring client needs are met in a timely manner.• Ensuring potential candidates are constantly nurtured also keeping track on their career aspirations thereby ensuring they are placed at the right place when a business opportunity arises.• Checking the references of candidates simultaneously.• Ensure the selected candidates are provided with the offer letters on timely basis.• Maintaining database/statistics of candidate's short listed, rejected, offers made and open requirements.• Ensure newly joined resources are comfortable.• Develop and maintain cordial client relations to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities and to identify new leads for other service offerings across the company.• Ensure healthy pipeline of prospects & Ensure customer satisfaction• Complete and update client and candidate details in administration systems to support effective management information reporting• Timely invoicing & collections as per the commercial terms agreed.
