About Ricardo Gouvêa
More than 27 years of experience in the Information Technology area.During this period, I developed and led numerous projects related to the data area, such as Data Modeling, Data Integration, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Data Lake and Data Lake House in on-premises and cloud computing environments, specifically AWS.Such projects were developed in small, medium and large companies, such as Grupo GPS (Services), Motociclo (Trade), BPP (Financial), Intermedica (Health), Titan (Industry), SEESP (Government), Yamaha (Industry), Atech (Software), Credsystem (Financial), Grupo RBS (Communication), among others.I am currently Founder and Technical Director at Openin Big Data company where I lead all development agendas in operation with a team of 6 people, making technical meetings with customers to understand and design the architecture of the solution to be developed, as well as being ahead the training area, preparing and applying learning to students in the company's courses. Currently I have been teaching Bootcamp Data Engineering with AWS, Pentaho & Cia.In the last 2 years I have worked a lot in the Cloud environment, especially AWS where I have developed projects using services such as S3, Glue Data Catalog, ECS, Fargate, Athena, Redshift, MWAA, Kinesis, RDS, DMS, EMR, Hudi, supported by Open Source technology such as Pentaho Data Integration and Apache Hop for data ingestion and data transformation.
