My first time at JUMPER was as an administrative assistant, but I developed within the company and through my knowledge of English and graphic design I ended up being promoted, first to kids English teacher where I taught 5 classes with an average of 10 students per class, and more later I reached the school's social media management, and was responsible for creating daily posts on the school's social media and Facebook ADS.

Studio Loja is a company that serves the market for issuing electronic invoices. My Technical Support service was focused on the Studio Loja Trade program and its ramifications.The focus of the work was to help and solve problems in understanding the program and its needs, so that it could run without errors or bugs.Performed remote installation of the program in partner companies and monitored the issuance of invoices.Error analysis is also something that was worked on daily, as well as customer management.
