I have over 29 years'​ clinical experience as a health practitioner in private practice. During this time I have worked principally, although not only with musculoskeletal disorders using osteopathic manual treatment and acupuncture, through a rational approach to problem-solving. I have an interest in the use of herbs as an adjunctive treatment. I am qualified to practice osteopathy, acupuncture, naturopathy and medical herbalism, although I no longer practise acupunture professionally. Over the years I became interested in psychological influences on health, and in 2012 completed a Masters'​ degree programme in "Psychopathology and Health"​. For a period of about 5 years I taught osteopathic theory and technique to undergraduate students in Italy. I am the author of "Stress: Survive and Thrive" (2016), "Acupuncture: A Stress-Based Model" (2017) and "How Not to Worry!" (2019). I live an work on the beautiful Spanish Mediterranean island of Ibiza.
