In my current role, I work closely with Dev Ops, DBA, Configuration Management, and Application Admin teams to develop deployment schedules, consolidating changes with similar risks to minimize system impact. I manage the project deployment timeline, coordinating staff and resources to maximize efficiency and minimize system disruptions.I execute job schedules and run books around the clock, using SOS Job Scheduler, command line, and PowerShell. I analyze release strategies presented in rollout meetings, addressing any concerns with the Development and Configuration Management teams, and provide daily job results to management and Interface teams for client reporting. I also gather and provide audit evidence and artifacts to support our audit team, ensuring compliance and transparency in our processes.In addition, I conduct quality control reviews of job outputs before submission to clients and designated partners. I monitor job progress, generate logs, and deliver output files to team members for troubleshooting when issues arise, offering support for resolving production job failures. My responsibilities also include running ad-hoc jobs and handling logs and files for vendor data reconciliation, troubleshooting and resolving job scheduling software issues, and escalating defects to the Development team through ServiceNow.I update job schedules, prepare design documents for releases, and create workarounds for unresolved issues pending formal resolution. I assist in setting up Development and Test environments for SOS Job Scheduler upgrades and transfer files manually to the Fulfillment Center via FTP and SFTP as required. Additionally, I collaborate with cross-functional teams on system and software upgrades, including database migrations, and coordinate with external partners for Production Readiness Testing.

As the ITS Director, I oversee the operations and supervise the team within the Information Technology Services (ITS) department.
