6C Public Trust Clearance holder. My work includes coordinating tasks between teams in scheduled and unscheduled emergency scenarios regarding an application user-base, and a public facing website. I work with production servers that process jobs on a 24/7 schedule and transmit/intake files from various agencies, and affiliates of the DMCS program. I’m also in charge of making sure that daily and nightly server jobs process successfully, and provide daily reporting on tasks completed.I also coordinate with developers, database admins, and business analysts every weekend for a rotation of system patches, larger file processing and reporting, etc.

Part of the DMCS (Dept. of Education) program.Provided IT support to FSA (Federal Student Aid), and to PCA's (Private Collection Agencies) who use a mutual FICO application for debt collection.Processed account creation for said FICO debt collection application.Also acted as a first point of escalation, directing system outages, website issues, and various other problems to the proper teams.

Editing YouTube Shorts content and the bi-weekly podcast for a YouTube channel with over 300k subscribers. Working in Davinci Resolve, and alongside the channel owner.

VA DMV Desk Administrator. Audited and transmitted customer registration information and applicable fees to the Virginia DMV.

Assisted in filming live events, planning for future museum exhibit media, and mixing for the weekly podcast, "SpyCast."

Organize social media promotions for seasonal art shows. Set up art and showcasing space. Assist visitors with any needs they have.

I interned for the video department as well as the IT department. I assisted in filming live events held within the museum, editing these films, and publishing them to the museum's YouTube account. I also assisted in recording and editing podcasts. I had the ability to troubleshoot any computer-run exhibit in the museum either on site or remotely from the offices upstairs. I worked continuously on Final Cut Pro X at this internship.
