Executive Director of an Asset Management, Investor's Property Services Company servicing the needs of asset managers, national banks, investors & homeowners. We operate throughout Arizona and perform all services necessary to get default or investment properties into conveyance or producing condition. We often maintain the property for the banks until sold or investor while producing.Prior to my position with Jaden Sydney Associates I served as Executive VP of a small firm in Alexandria, Virginia. My primary responsibilities were staffing, team management, business development, organizational strategy and operational effectiveness. The staff increased from 2 to nearly 50 employees during my tenure. The focus of this firm was business services and property management, servicing the major property management firms in the mid Atlantic region. We provided everything from staffing for specific properties to fulfilling government contracts throughout the region including such sites as the Pentagon, Arlington National Cemetery and Washington Convention Center. I implemented strategies that increased its revenue nearly ten fold in 16 years. In 2006 I saw the changes in the housing market and decided to reach into REO field services, servicing many of the major banks and mortgage companies which quickly grew to 30% of our revenue.
