Manage and coordinate all activities involved in the preparation and administration of contracts, subcontracts, and proposals in accordance with Federal Regulations, Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), company policy and procedure, and appropriate standard business practices. Negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements, and coordinate the full life cycle of proposal development -- from solution design through content development, consolidation, quality assurance, compliance, production and submission.

Represent people with complex civil and administrative legal matters. Consult with the officers and employees of a multi-national education technology company concerning matters relating to legal contracts and agreements with the U.S. federal government and its agencies, state governments, municipalities and other as requested. Provide guidance on compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), National Industrial Security Program (NISP), Information Assurance (IA) Regulations, and other government regulations. Draft, review, and execute Non-Disclosure and Teaming Agreements. Participate in all aspects of business development, proposal development and submission, and capabilities presentations.

Prosecuted misdemeanor and felony cases in the Virginia Beach General District Court, Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, and Circuit Court on behalf of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Authored legal memoranda, motions, and briefs at trial and on appeal. Analyzed issue of first impression related to new anti-terrorism statute and several Fourth Amendment issues. Characterized by supervisors as "hard working, earnest, fair-minded and tough."

Executed worldwide air-refueling and airlift missions; refueled bomber, fighter, reconnaissance, and airlift aircraft of U.S. and NATO forces including everything from new fighter test support to complex multi-national air-refueling operations for the President's 2008 Summer Olympics visit to China. Flew 31 combat missions over Iraq with a 100% mission effective rate; awarded The Air Medal for emergency air refueling of F-16 fighter aircraft protecting Army Special Forces troops in Mosul and Baghdad.
