The sensitization workshops, which are customized to meet the needs of the organization, aim to reduce the stigma and myths surrounding disabilities in the workplace. Additionally, the organization provides sourcing and placement assistance for job seekers and also works with organizations to design policies and activities that promote inclusion.One of the key services is helping universities and colleges prepare disabled students for employment.
