Mount Eliza was my first placement as a pre-service teacher. Despite being nervous going into the role, I began developing who I felt I was going to be as a teacher and cemented the belief that it was the career I wished to pursue.

My work as a waitress at Pier Provedore taught me how to work under stressful conditions while still delivering 'service with a smile'.
