At Primus, Sameer focuses on Government Sector Potential Realization with specialization in Cities, Technology, Climate and Infrastructure Finance areas.Sameer has field level engagement experience in national priorities, such as, Smart Cities, Swachh Bharat, AMRUT, HRIDAY, MSME at both Central and State levels, providing services, including, Program Management, ICT Enablement, Policy Formulation, Public Finance Management and Impact realization. Previously, Sameer has performed leadership roles in KPMG, Ericsson and TCS and has spent over 8 years in US, China in various roles in Project Management, Sales and IT Service Delivery.
