Tanmoy Paul is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with 9 years of work experience in the heavy construction industry and light prefab industry both in the Middle East and in India. He is an Intrapreneur in nature and practice, always looking for bringing the efficient and strategic changes in a process or a system.Throughout his career he has worked in the construction project of academic buildings, hospital buildings, combine cycle thermal power plant, midstream gas exporting facilities and in augmentation project of a medium structural steel mill.During his career, he has worked extensively in project integration management, project quality management, project procurement management, project stakeholder management & contract management.Tanmoy Paul is a graduate Civil Engineer from West Bengal University of Technology and he has completed his PGP in Project Engineering and Management from National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), Pune with a specialization in project financing. Before joining Tata Steel,Tanmoy Paul was associated with Contract Square, a techno legal firm dealing with Contract & claim management. And prior to that he was in Simplex Infrastructure Limited, Qatar division and worked in the 2nd biggest power plant in Qatar form planning to commissioning stage.
