• Responsible for the entire lifecycle of Rooms To Go’s global construction portfolio, ranging from new and remodeled showrooms to logistics, warehousing and corporate office space. • Manage all pre-construction efforts, including plan review, GC qualification, contract negotiation, financial analysis and scheduling. • Direct the architect, design teams and engineers for plan preparations, coordination and permitting/municipal approvals. • Supervise all construction projects via frequent OAC meetings.• Coordinate QA/QC of construction projects and punch lists, while maintaining the highest level of quality, completeness and craftsmanship.• Eliminate owner risk. • Partner with Real Estate to provide construction related market and site analysis and analytics. • Partner with Facilities to provide construction expertise, best-practices and implementation of upkeep on global property portfolio.

• Direct every aspect of the construction of new and remodel ALDI facilities, assuring work was completed in accordance with specifications, within budget, on schedule and with pristine quality and detail while adhering to brand standards.• Oversaw warranty and annual maintenance of existing facilities.• Partnered with architects, engineers and design consultants to continually improve the ALDI prototype and brand.• Manage all pre-construction efforts including permitting, utility and code officials. • Assist the Director of Real Estate on store planning, site selection, development and financial analysis.

• Responsible for performing and directing all functions related to construction required on new store and relocation projects including but not limited to site surveys, design review, scope development, budget preparation, schedule composition, construction document preparation and review, project permitting, bid process, contract preparation and execution, project site visits, Progress pay application review, change order negotiations and processing, punch list preparation and follow up and project closeout. • Responsible for creation and implementation a new measurable store remodel program. Responsible for performing and directing all functions related to construction required on remodel store projects including but not limited to site surveys, scope development, budget preparation, construction document preparation and review, project permitting, bid process, contract preparation and execution, project site visits, Progress pay application review, change order negotiations and processing, punch list preparation and follow up and project closeout during open store operations. • Assemble and track industry and TSC-experienced construction cost data. Directly responsible for current and timely cost updates to the Construction Scope of Work/Budget form, construction department process efficiency, and design review for all TSC construction via weekly construction and cross departmental meetings, regular updating of the construction department SOW/Budget macro form, soliciting regular feedback from the end users.• Directly responsible for resolving and deciding appropriate course of action in managing post-opening construction warranty issues for new stores. Responsible for direct collaboration and communication between PM, responsible party (landlords, construction contractors) and TSC Facility Maintenance Team for warranty items.

• Partner with contractors, construction companies and engineering firms in assisting with management including project schedules, budgets, materials and work on and off job sites.• Co-managed facility maintenance contracts and general building operations.• Coordinate the recruitment, placement and then management of 200+ employees simultaneously, on and off job sites.• Manage all aspects of our safety program including worker’s compensation claims, OSHA testing, state and federal licensing, job-site PPE requirements and badging along with other necessary and/or required construction rules and regulations.• Assist in the bid and contract review process. • Effectively manage office administration tasks including, but not limited to: payroll, employee record keeping, recruiting, time processing, travel arrangements, bid documents and estimate packages.

• Responsible for overall operations from development to completion at all custom home job sites including personnel, materials, equipment, schedule, budget and all other related tasks.
