Every job has been a stepping stone to my next and basically it has taken me just over a decade to master every office desk and honestly love working for a company that is small enough to allow the start to finish involvement. Nothing more satisfying than having a customer call with an issue and you are the first voice they hear.... and as their repair or project progresses you keep them up to date and in the end.. you get a "Thank You" because they felt as important as they should have!!!! I believe in nurturing customer relationships along with vendor relationships... and most of all - I feel every company needs a strong HR department that is there to champion the needs of the employee so that the very best of their efforts is encouraged, rewarded & delivered... because they know their value. You will always get productivity from those that hold their head high and stand by their workmanship and ethics!
