I am a recent graduate with a degree in History and a minor in Education looking for a position where I can further my professional development and share my passion for the world around us. I apply a recursive, scientific method to my instruction, incorporating the information gained from formative assessments into my existing knowledge schema of my students to formulate and improve strategies for future lessons. I believe no two classes are the same, just as no two students are the same. Given this, the only best practice is that which allows an individual student to practice best. Education is an unending process, and as such I hope to leave my students with the tools necessary to continue their learning long after our time together has ended.
