I am a determined Sports Media student at High Point University. I have played a variety of sports such as; volleyball, basketball, and track and fell in love talking about sports. I have been broadcasting as a color commentator on student radio and ESPN+ for two years. I have gotten many opportunities from the Nido Qubein School of Communication such as creating a segment for the HPU ESPNU Wildcard live pre-game show as one of the four students chosen to do so and being picked to create a segment for the Big South Tournament pre-game live show on HPU's campus. I have a lot of experience directing and stage managing in a professional setting working behind the scenes for the Sports Broadcasting class. I was a member of the National Sports Media Association chapter at HPU. After a full semester of being in this chapter, I was the only female elected to the Executive Council as Social Media Coordinator in April of 2023 and served during the 2023-2024 school year.
