As Vice President of Sales for ADP Comprehensive Services I am responsible for the execution of a comprehensive strategic plan to drive the assigned product sales plans for the Major Account market space (150-1000 employee size) through the field sales organization. • 10-12 indirect reports• Roll out sales strategy for field sales.• Drive sales in a geographic area of responsibility to meet the assigned product sales quotas.• Product liaison to Marketing.• Execution of marketing and opportunity identification programs.• Creation of sales messaging deployment.• Lead collaboration efforts with Field Sales, Channel Marketing, and Business Development to drive sales within their respective Division and/or Area.• Provide sales leadership support with product education, measurement, and performance.• Travel throughout the Southeast, Southwest, and West regions of the United States.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

As the Division Vice President of Sales for ADP Major Accounts, South Central USA I am responsible for leading our Mid Market HCM Salesforce (90+ Sales Associates & Leaders) generating over $45M in new sales annually. ADP is the leading provider of SaaS / Cloud solutions for the Mid Market; helping companies reduce their administrative burden while driving employee engagement and productivity.

Currently oversee 4 teams, approximately 35 individuals, responsible for business development in South East Texas. Our focus is on small to mid-sized businesses with 50-999 employees.

I lead a team of 8 sales associates who call on Major Accounts (50-999 employees) in the Houston area.

I lead a team of 9 sales associates who call on Major Accounts (50-999 employees) in North Texas.
