Reagan is a Principal at RSM Australia’s Business Advisory division based in the Jurien Bay & Moora Offices. He specialises in SME with a particular focus on helping family businesses in succession planning, business structuring and implementation of the the latest cloud-based accounting solutions.Growing up in regional WA, from a young age Reagan assisted his family in running their broad acre farm and Dolomite Mine. This upbringing gives Reagan a first hand understanding of the challenges that regional family businesses face."I thrive on building lasting relationships with clients, often spanning multiple generations of family businesses. This allows us to work with clients to help them achieve their financial goals over the long term."Reagan also has a passionate interest in technology, always seeking new ways to implement cloud technologies to assist in streamlining, automation and adding efficiencies for his clients. He has worked closely with other RSM Digital Advisors to help build a suite of tools and techniques to make digital implementation as straight forward as possible. An example of this was the development of a tool to allow for transactional data migration from Agrimaster and Phoenix to Xero - an RSM first.
