Responsible for managing and scaling the Latam Local portfolio, ensuring Thoughtworks not only consistently delivers on our promises to customers, but also explores ways to exceed delivery. As Delivery Director I am also accountable for creating a culture of engineering and delivery excellence to cultivate and develop people, as well as planning and executing delivery and supply strategies.It is also expected of my role that I ensure engineering and delivery synergies across accounts, work closely with operational excellence teams to ensure the right team setup for delivery and for the orchestration of functions such as InfoSec, Capabilities, Recruitment and Staffing.

As Delivery Director in Brazil, I was responsible for overseeing operations and deliveries across a large portfolio of 15 Brazilian accounts spanning various sectors such as Retail, Financial Services and Media. As part of the Brazil senior leadership team, I played a key role in defining our direction and strategy, focusing on delivery excellence, customer satisfaction and expanding our local portfolio. I introduced streamlined processes, built effective teams, and launched strategic initiatives that drove enormous revenue growth. With up to 10 Delivery Principals reporting directly to me, I managed project teams totaling 400+ people. My daily responsibilities included collaborating closely with leadership and orchestrating functional areas within the organization to meet the needs of the Brazil portfolio.

As a Delivery Principal, I led a team of over 200 ThoughtWorkers assigned to the largest cosmetics group in Latin America. Our mission was to enhance, integrate, and expand their most critical applications while reinforcing Agile, Lean, and engineering best practices. As a key member of the leadership team for Thoughtworks' largest account in Latin America at the time, I spearheaded the development of high-performance teams comprising talented and motivated individuals, poised to elevate our client to new heights. Over two years, I played a pivotal role in establishing this client as one of the most enduring partnerships in Brazil, delivering significant results aligned with their strategic objectives, even amidst the challenges posed by the Covid pandemic.

A fully remote, 100 person, year long, global leadership development program that included 1:1 coaching, weekly skills sessions, development of a leadership development vision and plan and sponsorship from the company. As an Agile Project Manager at Thoughtworks, I've led teams to deliver results that meet client needs. During my time, I've worked with a global financial services firm operating in 50+ countries and a Brazilian startup, helping them launch a new digital bank. My role involved managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and ensuring quality. As a product manager of Abril, I've worked on the migration of 21 sites to WordPress, the company's main digital project in 2016. In addition to leading a team of 16 professionals (designers, information architects and product managers) I am responsible for prioritizing the work of 5 agile scrum development teams. I make the connection between newsrooms, IT, marketing and other business units, understanding the brands' needs and coordinating the team in order to find the best and most viable solutions, focusing on the features that will bring the most value for the users and for the products.

My main contribution as a product manager of Editora Abril's Lifestyle Brands (Superinteressante, Mundo Estranho, Quatro Rodas, Guia do Estudante, VIP, Saúde and Viagem e Turismo) was the migration and redesign of Quatro Rodas website. I coordinated a 15 members team (designers, developers and business analysts) and we created a responsive website, designed to please car lovers as well as help users who are not so interested in cars but who need some help in buying or selling one.

As Veja São Paulo' and Veja Rio's Product Manager, I coordinated all the digital strategies, making the connection between journalists, marketing and product team (designers , developers, QA , product analysts and database analysts). My challenge is to use my experience as a UX designer to lead the team in product development to build a viable business model and also define strategies to create value and engage users who want to find a nice place to go or something interesting to do.

As Veja São Paulo’s Lead UX Designer, I completed the design project created by Huge Inc. for the website, creating new features and proposing new solutions to improve it. I learned how to work with an agile development and how to translate the journalists’ needs to the development team. I also designed the Veja SP’s mobile experience (mobile website and app) and coordinated the creation of special content, like "​ 460 para curtir em São Paulo antes de Morrer", "Onde levar seu amigo turista durante a Copa do Mundo "​ and "O que vale a pena na Restaurant Week"

As Estadao.com.br designer, I created online infographics, multimedia visual stories and graphics for different areas (politics, economy , health, culture and sports), always working under tight deadlines. Daily journalism is a great school for learning how to be creative and fast at the same time. Between 2011 and 2012, I was the Lead UI Designer for the three largest Estadão projects: - Home Page Redesign- Elections 2012 (site and app) - Olympic Games 2012 (site and app) - E + Project (site focused on celebrity and pop culture)

Abril.com was the main Editora Abril's news website that combined the digital content production for all of the company’s brands and published exclusive hard news content. As a designer, I was responsible for creating infographics and all multimedia content, besides designing all interface and features for the web site. In 2009, I was promoted to senior designer and had the opportunity to redesign the entire web site. In addition to creating the new visual identity, I also led the AI and Usability team.

As Recreio magazine’s web site designer (children's publication that aims to entertain and encourage the passion for reading among 6-11 year-old children), I was responsible for the development (design, layout and action script programming) of four collection hotsites. At the same time, I was part of the company's first multimedia initiatives, creating and implementing online infographics and special multimedia content for Superinteressante, Mundo estranho, Aventuras na História, Educar para Crescer, Guia do Estudante, Almanaque Abril, Viagem e Turismo, VIP and Capricho.

During the Abril's Editorial Trainee Program, I had the opportunity to work in 4 different areas: Digital Products' Core (as responsible for the web sites Capricho, Superinteressante, Mundo Estranho, Aventuras na História, Guia do Estudante and Almanaque Abril), Recreio Magazine, VIP Magazine and Recreionline (Recreio magazine’s website). I had the chance of dividing my internship between print and digital experiences, in order to understand the specificities of each platform and also learn how to think about content in a global way, regardless of the platform.
