I am a former U.S. Marine Paratrooper. While honorably serving within the United States military I lead highly skilled fire teams, tactical squads, and platoons throughout various parts of the world including Bosnia, Herzegovina, Somalia, and Asia (Cambodia, Thailand, Korea, Japan, and others). The leadership skills I gained in the military carried over into my professional-civilian life. That experience includes the more than 30 years of extensive telecommunications projects--also leading teams. I have excelled in all types of roles within this industry--from Field and Switch Technicians to Technical Support Engineer and Supervisor. I am best known by my former employers as analytical, reliable, dependable, and willing. I have the ability to rapidly analyze and process data to evaluate whether it will help or hinder a company's bottom line. At Sprint - I helped develop cost savings measures to reduce costs, help grow the market I was in, and later on reduce customer churn (by reducing ticket count). My Directors, teammates, and customers can rely on me in exceeding expectations, while delivering exceptional service. Additionally, my teams know they can depend on my word. I do what I say I'm going to do. Lastly, I am known for being willing to learn, grow, and improve myself as well as company services, products, and systems.Currently, I am looking to partner with a company where my strengths and its vision align.
