I practice personal injury law and represent people who have been injured in both insurance claims and litigation. I have recovered tens of millions for well over two thousand injured clients. I love trials and have taken over 36 civil cases to jury verdict or bench decision. I have also handled appeals before the Nevada Court of Appeals, Nevada Supreme Court, Bankruptcy Appellate Panel and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Notably, my former partner and I obtained a judgment in a traumatic brain injury case for $26.5 million for a construction executive who suffered a brain injury, spinal injury and broken bones in a truck accident. Since 2015, I obtained a jury verdict of $1.2 million for a car accident case with a spinal injury, a settlement for $2.5 million for a defective product that injured a child and $1.3 million settlement for an injury in a store, along a slew of settlements between $100,000 and $1,000,000.From 2009 to 2023, I practiced consumer bankruptcy consumers and small businesses I have discharged and reorganized tens of millions in debt in over 1,700 bankruptcy cases. I have also handled criminal matters of all size including several hundred DUIs, domestic violence and other misdemeanors, up to ‘white collar’ felonies and sex crimes. I spent my first years of practice primarily in copyright and trademark infringement litigation and entertainment law contracts. I also have some experience in the areas of business formation and franchises.I have been featured as an alumni guest speaker at Harvard Law School, as well as guest lectures at Emerson College and the International Academy of Art and Design.
