• Preparing SLD, Cable route layout & lighting layout using AutoCAD.• DB scheduling, Cable scheduling, BOM, Load sheet & Technical bid evaluation.• Designing of Earthing system.• Cable tray sizing, capacitor bank sizing & UPS sizing

Roles and responsibilities• Preparing Electrical wiring diagrams for Scientific and Laboratorial equipment (Standalone & Walk in) —Stability chamber, Cooling cabinet, Oven, Deep freezer, Incubator etc. • Modification of existing control system.• Designing, building & implementing Electrical system for New Developments. • Preparing load sheet, SLD, lux level calculation, voltage drop calculations.• Walk in chamber’s circuit distribution, cable routing, DB scheduling, Cable tray scheduling using Revit. • Preparing BOM in ERP system. Projects Work Upon:• Development of Walk in Deep freezer with Auto-defrost technology.• Development of standalone Deep freezer with Auto-defrost technology.• Development of Ready to install walk in chambers with connector system.• Development of PCM freezer. • Testing of Ultrasonic dehumidifier. And other small projects.

Responsibilities as Electrical Design Engineer:• Preparation of Detail Single Line Diagram in Autocad• LT Power Cable Scheduling & Route layout• Voltage Drop Calculations• Cable Tray Sizing• Capacitor Bank & UPS • Technical Bid Evaluation• DB Scheduling & LT Panel Design• Designing of Lightning Protection & • Earthing Design• Preparing BOQ & Load Sheet• Attending weekly meetings at site & preparing MOMResponsibilities as Audit Executive:• Inspection of commercial premises to ensure all electrical distribution / installations is as per I.E Rules& C.E.A Regulations. Identifying the hazards as per Electricity laws and put them in the form of aformal report and submitting an action plan to the client for compliance.• Preparing Detail Bill Analysis & Payback calculations for Energy Saving.

Roles and Responsibilities• Issuing bid enquiry to vendors.• Short listing vendors for technical evaluation on the basis of offered prices and completeness of offer.• Tabulating offers and preparing Bid History Report.• Negotiating with vendors for prices in the accordance with provided budget after receiving technicalevaluation.• Deciding payment terms. May be open credit or LC, depending upon project.• Discussing and finalizing liquidated damages and warranty period as per project requirement.• Finalizing delivery as per Incoterms 2010.• Make sure to meet delivery of goods as per project schedule.• For the local purchase, clarifying which taxes and duties to be under vendor scope and which to be paidby company.• Preparing and issuing Purchase order after finalizing prices and agreeing to necessary terms andconditions.
