I also like to work with out of state investors as it's more about the numbers and condition of the home. I've seen my client from another state receive more than expected the longer he's held onto his investment properties. We are now expanding into AirBnB's and apartment buildings. It's bee such a rewarding position to be helping people in this area of their lives, I've been fortunate to be the one to provide that service.
