Engineered, developed and managed a new office in Victoria for a boutique management consulting firm that specialized in project management and business analysis. Key Accomplishments:Orchestrated the growth of the firm, acquiring 10 full time senior consultants that managed close to $2.5 M in projects on behalf of Governmental Ministries. Supported the sale of KLR's primary Victoria and Vancouver operations.

Introduced CGI to the BC Government with the intention of broadening existing relationships and to promote CGI's primary interest in high-value, long term IT outsourcing. CGI acquired GDS in January 2004. Moved from this company to KLR with a golden handshake. Key Accomplishments:Oversaw service engagements, and performed as co-director of CGI operations in BC. Executed effective sales team management and vendor alliances and partnerships. Met and exceeded sales goals and objectives on new outsourcing contracts. As Director of Consulting Services I was responsible for business development, sales, partnerships, client management, proposal development, and preliminary acquisition intelligence for the Province of British Columbia.

Directed and motivated the British Columbia based sales force, participating as a member of the GDS senior management team. GDS was acquired by CGI in January 2004. Key Accomplishments:Developed and managed successful partner and vendor relationships intended to better position GDS in large business opportunities.Spearheaded teams that added value to customers and clients, and exceeded annual sales expectations by $2M, calculated to an over 100% increase.

Served as business director focused on public sector sales of consulting services, application development, and maintenance services. Exceeded $3M in the annual sales expectations.
