-Key role in ensuring that the team meets timelines and objectives provided by the CordinatorPerform PC hardware and peripheral equipment improvements, upgrades, and repairs-Schedule and track application software updates: use the current Change Management Process and tool to create and distribute work orders; ensure software distribution work orders are successfully completed; periodically audit production servers to ensure the currency of software loads-Provides 24x7 on-call support-Performs preventative maintenance-Maintains and protects confidentiality with regard to all aspects of patient care and employee information-Effectively works with customers, Service Desk and Technical Services personnel-Analyzes and provides hands-on support for simple to moderate inquiries. Determines appropriate technical area or vendor to resolve the problem and coordinates with other technical areas, as needed
