Collections, Provide clients with copies of their advertisements and contracts as proof of services provided, Confer with client by telephone in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, Review terms of plan, service, or credit contract with client, Research payment issues involving disputes and credits which have or may result in delinquent balances, Resolve issues quickly to prevent further aging of delinquent balances, Record information about financial status of clients and documents status of collection efforts, Keep sales representatives aware of account status and problems, Provide account credit ratings to requesting third parties,Customer Service,Train new collectors.
