• Responsible of the Latam pricing department analyze data from multiple sources (tableau, excel files), entering and maintaining posted prices and fees database, calculate taxes.
• Collaborate with different departments to maintain the system updated, create Aging Posted Rates Reports and follow up on a weekly basis.
• Created several files to make the uploading process less manually, in order to minimize the human error.
• Responsible to review, resolve pricing disputes form the billing department.
• Train new process to the team members and tarin the new hires how our business works, create process manuals, for the daily procedures, to guide members through the pricing process.

• Follow each billing order for customer/supplier contract, analyze and identify any problem and root cause on every order.
• Reconcile and submit post billing adjustments.
• In charge of Seoul and Hong Kong deals, with special prices requirements such as provisional prices, proforma invoices, manual invoices and pricing formulas for customer/supplier side. Follow and requesting prepayments.
• Contact supplier/customer worldwide brokers on daily bases.
• Track payments for each order, to provide prove of payment to the appropriate side. In charge of request and ensure payments to Soul suppliers are correct, due to special suppliers requirements.
• WFS Invoice manual amendments for customers with special requirements. Dispatch WFS documents to customers.
