Crisis Response Team

Participate as a member of the program team to implement the individual care plans for clients with mental health and/or substance use challenges in accordance with the applicable policies, rules, regulations and directives of the organization. Facilitate client participation in their care plan by interaction with them as a source of emotional support, resource problem solving, and advocating for their needs. Assure security for clients by monitoring and supervising the facility and the services delivered by the facility.Answer the crisis line, participate in mobile crisis interventions, lead one on one crisis interventions in the 24 hour walk in crisis center, provide transportation for regional transportation purposes.

Teach REBT tools to adolescents ages 13-23 and apply them to abstinence from addictive behaviors or substances.
