I currently work in an intelligence role using information from partner organisations to identify threats and criminal activity. I am experienced in pulling together intelligence from a number of sources, assessing the validity and significance of the information and then presenting my findings in a concise and clear manner in order to progress criminal investigations. I have built up good relationships with numerous internal and external customers, always working within the legal guidelines and regulations for information sharing. Security of data and intelligence and ensuring it's correct and controlled dissemination is a high priority. I worked as part of a National team funded by the Home Office working towards country-wide KPIs. This is a fairly new team within South Wales and as such I have lead the drive to develop our processes in order to maximise efficiency and results. I have been so successful in this that the National managers refer other teams to us for guidance and to follow our example.This role has also included a promotional element where I visit other teams to explain what the team does and how we could assist partners and customers in their own investigations.
