I work as a self-employed personal trainer, coach, and small group fitness. I have worked in the fitness industry since 1994 and also have a background as an elementary school teacher (grades 1-2 from 1996-2006). Until 2013, my main experience was in group fitness. Since that time have established my own LLC (Stronghold Fitness, LLC) through which I personal and small group train, provide running coaching, run a Home School PE program, coach an elementary running club, and sports specialty train. I have a small group and personal training studio in the Owens Cross Roads/Hampton Cove, AL area. I am passionate about fitness and am even more passionate about meeting individuals' specific needs, establishing relationships that create positive impact, and watching people set and meet their goals. I selfishly indulge in this success and use it to fuel my passion even further. Currently, my personal goal is to invest as much in my own education, adding to my areas of expertise and knowledge. I love working with all age groups and ability levels and hope to continue finding new niches and areas of need in my community.
