About Rebecca Elder

I am an educator deeply passionate about education equity and community development. I love facilitating the discovery and pursuit of meaningful learning and careers, teaching and counseling students, training other educators, and improving educational programming. I bring a systems-thinking, student-first, growth mindset approach to all projects I work on. I am excited to be working with VCU's School of Education, supporting students and student-teachers. I also enjoy teaching ESL to recently-relocated refugee woman and their families.
