I was responsible for designing and managing the Link Group graduate and apprentice strategy across the UK & Ireland and Australia, including our value proposition, the attraction and selection strategy and development program. In this role I was part of a team responsible for recruitment across RSM Bentley Jennison nationally, working on graduate, school leaver and experienced hire vacancies, I conducted an end to end recruitment function, right from candidate attraction through to offer stage. I attended student careers fairs and attraction events, ran student assessment days, conducted interviews for experienced hire roles alongside recruiting managers and was part of a decision making process. I was the lead recruiter for our Fraud Risk Services team nationally, building up a strong knowledge of the FRS and developing effective working relationships with the management of that team.
