The position involved serving customers and teaching them how to use self service. I was also involved with the training of staff on self service and assisted by being able to authorise the sale of alcohol on the self service and main checkouts.I also spent time working on lotto where product knowledge, customer service and sales targets are important and I worked hard to reach the targets that were expected of me.
