Most of my career has been centered around Customer Service and leading change in some fashion. Overtime I’ve built, led, transitioned, and implemented customer service centers supporting financial services products and consumers. My extensive experience in leading cross-functional operations teams, driving cost effective process improvements, building collaborative relationships and establishing programs to develop strong leadership talent, has helped to ensure the service being provided is efficient, effective, and exceeds the needs of our customers. These strengths have allowed me to create and lead organizations that are operationally efficient, retain top employee talent, significantly improve employee engagement and foster a collaborative culture.My leadership style is open, collaborative, and inclusive. The most important asset we have as leaders are our people and I recognize, respect and develop each and every member of my team. It’s amazing what you can do with respect, hard work, integrity and a passion for what you do! I’ve had the honor to sponsor and lead many projects including system conversions and business-related process improvements. Change management has been critical in each and every one of these initiatives and as a leader, I believe open communication, involvement, transparency and inclusion are the pinnacles of a successful change management plan. I retained this skill from my role of leading a cross functional training and quality assurance team. What’s next for me? I want to utilize all of my skills and experiences to improve processes, implement change management programs, develop strong leaders and help businesses achieve their strategic goals.
