• Effectively educate agency owners and their staff with product knowledge, skill sets, and Technology education through a variety of training platforms that include virtual blackboard, classroom, office visits, and webinars. • Develop, implement, and improve curriculum with a focus on the success of projects and processes that support education initiatives.
