Primary responsibilities are to proactively build customer relations by providing exceptional service and soliciting feedback from customers. Address and resolve customer complaints when necessary. Schedule staffing levels to appropriately meet the needs of the business and maximize the customer experience. Provide assistance to Front Desk, Snack Bar and Bar as necessary due to meals breaks, business flow and or fluctuations in staffing. Accurately prepare and submit nightly closing paperwork, cash drawer and safe counts while adhering and maintaining audit standardsAdditional responsibilities assigned by the General Manager since time of hire are to manage Arcade operations which includes monthly inventory, evaluate and predict merchandise redemption trends, order and re-stock merchandise redemption items, perform weekly merchandise recap inspection and submit recap and bi-weekly maintenance inspection reports. Recruit and interview potential new associates and follow up with the General Manager with recommendations for secondary interviews. Train hourly center staff to maintain current training standards. Lead and influences staff through effective motivation, leveraging individual strengths to ensure customer satisfaction and maximum productivity. Promotes positive employee relations including effective delegation of duties, fostering high staff morale, collaborating successfully with the entire management team.
