I run my own business as a freelance photographer primarily, photographing events and stage productions. Through this I have had the chance to interact with variety of clients ranging from small theatre group to large corporate companies. Shanghai Disney Resort is the most recent and largest Disneyland park in the world. As a performer I was responsible for bringing various beloved characters to life and creating a special experience for thousands of guests each day. It was a joy to help create that magic, performing in shows, parades, special events and “Meet and Greets”. My main role was performing Anna in Frozen - A Sing-along Celebration. In this role I learnt a show entirely in Chinese. As one of the most popular shows in the park we could up to 12 shows a day so the ability to keep show quality and stamina in a timely manner were imperative skills I would utilise on a daily basis.
I was also a Lead Disney Traditions Training Facilitator as part of the onboarding process when new Cast Members join the company.

As a tour guide I had the privilege to take fans, from all around the world, behind the scenes, and reveal the magic behind what they see on screen. This could range from private tours and industry familiarisations, to large scale groups for cruise ships or schools; each requiring a different approach, strong time management and excellent presentation skill. Facilitating sales of merchandise before or after tours was also part of my role. As a booking assistant, I was additionally responsible for bookings, for both regular bookings as well as large groups and private tours.

Enchanted Entertainment is a company specialising in children entertainment for parties, holiday programs and special events where you can invite various characters to interact with the children. I played the characters of Disney’s Tinkerbell, Anna, Ariel and Rupunzel. I really enjoyed this, as there is nothing more rewarding than a kids face lighting up when they meet their heroine. This job gave me excellent skills with children and being able to think on my feet.
