As an Operations Coordinator, I am the first line of contact for candidates and clients. I answer on average 15 calls per day and monitor our external email. I comply candidates for their assignments which includes safety tests, banking information, ID information, legal documents (e-signs, W4, I-9), and sometimes background checks. I have complied around 20 people in 1 week multiple times. I handle sensitive personal information daily and upload it securely to the database. I process on average 50 candidate timecards per week. I added $10k in profits to my branch in 1 week by singlehandedly processing a 4 month retroactive raise for 30 candidates which added 90 additional lines of payroll. I help candidates, clients, and internal recruiters with technical issues that pop up. I create at least 6 different reports multiple times a week detailing sales, recruiter KPIs, monthly and weekly goals, and audits of compliance.

This position was a warm lead call center setter. Both the setter and closer used scripts to sell $1k to $12k online business platforms and digital marketing. The KPIs included 5 hours of talk time or over 200 calls dialed per day and 2 customers going to the closers each week. To qualify each candidate for the closer, the setter uses the rapport they gained during the call to ask about the candidates finances, debts, and assets. Zoho CRM software was used for client management and RingCentral was used to call the clients. My highest sales in one month was over 90k.
