Current• Manage annual budgets with revenue totaling $3.4M• Direct the operations and professional growth of the Educational Initiatives Department, leading a program team that annually delivers 7,500 hours of continuing medical education (CME) to more than 12,000 healthcare professionals annually and provides in-person and online education for tens of thousands of people living with rare disease and their caregivers, utilizing a variety of modes of education delivery to provide education for a variety of adult learning styles• Oversee the Students for Rare program, engaging students across the country to foster awareness of rare disorders and encourage their pursuit of careers related to rare disease advocacy, research and healthcare• Create curriculum and learning opportunities for people living with rare diseases and their families, patient advocates and patient advocacy organization leaders relating to the drug development process• Develop live and online education strategy and program evaluation• Lead content teams for NORD's annual flagship events – The NORD Rare Disease Breakthrough Summit (attendance of 900) and the Living Rare, Living Stronger NORD Patient and Family Forum (attendance of 400)
