As well, she composed 20 biographies of the What’s Right winners and of the Leadership Award recipient to be published in the program magazine. She also coordinated the annual Greg Freeman Memorial Essay Contest, a scholarship award for participants of Youth Leadership St. Louis. As part of her Master's coursework, she wrote a survey research proposal for upgrades in annual giving that she then presented to and was used by the FOCUS Development Committee. Additionally, Rebecca served as a trained voter educator for the WeCAN Coalition (Working to Empower Community Action Now), partnered with by Missouri Jobs With Justice to stop Ward Connerly's deceptively-named "Missouri Civil Rights Initiative," an anti-civil rights ballot initiative in Missouri.
