-Supporting a large requisition load for the Duke Energy Account with Randstad Sourceright-Utilizing job boards and platforms to source and recruit qualified candidates for Administrative to Professional for Duke Energy's Contingent Labor Program-Working in SAP Fieldglass-Conducting and supporting talent with their onboarding process (Reference Checks, Education Verification, Background Checks, I-9)-Maintaining excellent communication skills with talent on assignment, candidates and clients-Utilizing skills and additional bandwidth to assist in sourcing/screening and recruiting candidates for Finance/Insurance, Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences clients
