The aim of the project is to grow guiding by recruitment of new leaders and young people, and to set up new Girlguiding groups in areas without a recent history of Guiding.This is in partnership with two external funders, Safer London Foundation (SLF) and Youth United (YU), with funding from DCLG.Internal communications:- set up monthly Growing Guiding newsletter, presently sent out to 400 people (Nov 2013 edition here: http://girlguidingnews.org.uk/C8V-1Z6LF-D09ER0MFC6/cr.aspx)External communications:- set up @GrowingGuiding Twitter account.
