Enhanced user experience for worker's compensation by designing a customer-facing portal that is personalized but consistent across Berkley operating units through well-researched and innovative design decisions. Unified design mockups for ease of development and consistent user experience that spans the different Berkley operating units by utilizing components in Figma design software and contributing to the use of Zero Height to create a design system for both developers and designers. Throughout these efforts, I was always in close collaboration with designers, developers, and product owners from various Berkley operating units provided me with an understanding of how to design for both the best interest of the user and the ease of development internally.
