About Rebecca Hines

As a trauma-informed therapist, I work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, ADHD, grief/loss, PTSD, relationship issues, life transitions, and family conflict. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore and process their uncomfortable or dysregulating experiences, allowing them to grow and foster a deeper understanding of themselves.I also work with couples and families dealing with conflict, disconnection, trust, and other relationship issues. Working from a systems perspective, I help each member of a couple or family identify and change dysfunctional patterns, better understand each other’s feelings and needs, and learn to engage in healthier, more fulfilling interactions. I'm passionate about building a strong alliance with my clients, teaching positive copingskills, and helping to fully explore their experiences to promote growth and bring about lasting change. I primarily utilize a Person-Centered counseling approach, but I also integrate other techniques and interventions (including EMDR, Emotionally Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and Mindfulness-based approaches) based on the needs of each client.
