I provided web system support for the University's content management system; this included providing additional training and helpdesk assistance for content editors.• UAT Testing • Ongoing issue resolution and troubleshooting• Intranet

I worked as part of the Promotion & Marketing team and assisted to plan and implement marketing projects and activities, including marketing through social media, website publishing and assisting with customer communications.Key projects I assisted with:Social Media: publishing news items, networking and liaising with customers and performers via Facebook, Myspace and InstantEncore, as well as developing and implementing Promethean's new YouTube channel.Market Research Activity: market research to promote publications to international music institutions in Australia, North America and Canada. Internet and archival research of publication reviews including organising and collating for records. Website Publishing: research, collating, and writing online news stories about Promethean's publications and composers, which included editing and HTML coding; formatting and data entry for a new online store.Marketing Plan & Implementation: assisting in marketing newly released publications through current customer contacts via email and phone. Collating databases and contacted new contacts, produced a marketing plan for a line of new publications.
