Current Support Global Commercial Banking Clients and multiple Relationship Managers. Coordinate post sales process activities including Know Your Customer and product implementation. Conduct routine client team meetings, client and prospect contact strategy development, regular updates to the Client Action Plans and pre-call planning preparation. Enhance existing relationships and identify opportunities for deeper client engagement through leveraging sales tools and dashboards. Provide industry and client research to client teams for use in enhancing existing relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
